We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express.

Currency

All payments will be charged in Great British Pound (GBP).

Delivery Information

Orders for Delivery

Products can be ordered for delivery via our online shop at https://fmfragrances.com.

Delivery Time

All orders are dispatched and couriered from FM World UK headquarters, directly to your doorstep

Orders may take up to seven working days to be prepared for dispatch. If you do not receive your order within seven to ten working days, please contact Customer Support on customersupport@fmfragrances.com.

Deliveries take place between 7am and 7pm on the day of your order.

Our courier service will send you an automatic text message with information about your delivery. They will also provide you with its consignment number which can be used to track the parcel on the courier’s company website or via their mobile app.

On the day of your scheduled delivery, once your parcel has been processed and loaded on to the transport, you will receive a text message with the update.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges depend on the value of your order:

  • Standard delivery (£6.00) for orders under £150 in value
  • Standard delivery (£4.00) for orders between £150 and £249 in value
  • Free Standard delivery for orders over £250 in value

Changes to Your Orders

Once an order has been placed via the website, it is not possible to make changes to that order.

Returns

Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged, please accept the parcel and take a picture of the damaged parcel, before opening the parcel and taking a picture of the damaged content within.

Once you’ve taken pictures of the damaged parcel and contents, please contact Customer Support on customersupport@fmfragrances.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, so that appropriate actions can be taken and the issue resolved.

We may ask you to send the incorrect product back to us prior to exchanging the product for the correct item or offering you a full refund.

Any shipping fees required as part of the damaged goods returns process will, of course, be refunded back to you.

Incorrect Goods

If you ordered a product, but received a different product instead, please contact Customer Support on customersupport@fmfragrances.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and report that you have received the wrong product.

We may ask you to send the incorrect product back to us prior to exchanging the product for the correct item or offering you a full refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt in return for a full refund.

Products cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Products that are not in the original condition cannot be returned.

Exchanging a Product for Another Product

All exchanged items will be charged a re-shipping fee, unless they arrived damaged or were shipped incorrectly by FM World UK.

Returning a Product for a Refund

If you return a product for a refund, you will need to cover the cost of the shipping fee for returning the item.

Procedures for Sending Liquids

If you are returning items such as perfumes through the Post Office, you must follow Royal Mail procedures for sending liquids by post:

  • Volume per item must not exceed 150ml.
  • No more than four bottles can be sent in any one package.
  • The fragrance must be within its original retail packaging and placed in a strong and protective outer packaging.
  • The inner packaging must be packed, secured, and cushioned to prevent breakage or leakage of their contents into the outer packaging.
  • An ID8000 label must be applied – these labels are available in the Post Office.
  • The sender’s name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging.
  • We recommend that you request proof of purchase to guarantee that we receive your parcel.
  • FM Fragrances are not liable for loss or damage during transit of returning products – this is the sole responsibility and liability of the returning customer.
